Do you accept insurance?

Whole Family Wellness Center is out-of-network and does not directly accept insurance. Your case requires special attention and time that is not covered by insurance companies. If you would like to independently request for insurance reimbursement, a super bill with insurance codes is available upon request. This link describes possible ways to get your visits covered.

Do you accept FSA and HCSA?

YES! We accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Care Spending Account (HCSA). FSA & HCSA covers counseling for specific medical conditions when diagnosed by a physician. Also, these plans may reimburse for certain nutritional supplements & medical foods for conditions such as, hypertension, heart disease & obesity. If your employer provides HCSA/FSA plans, I strongly encourage you to enroll in these plans. Most clients have reported success in obtaining reimbursement for visits & most nutritional support. Please ask at your initial visit about these benefits.
